By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site.

2. Definitions

  • “We,” “us,” “our,” and “Arena Boxing Club” refer to ARENA BOURNEMOUTH AMATEUR BOXING CLUB, Charity number: 1208666, a registered charity located in the United Kingdom.

     

  • “You” and “your” refer to the user or viewer of our Site.
  • “Services” refers to the offerings provided by Arena Boxing Club, including but not limited to membership subscriptions, training sessions, and merchandise.

3. Use of the Site

3.1 Eligibility

To use our Site and Services, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3.2 Account Registration

You may be required to register an account to access certain Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.

3.3 Prohibited Activities

4. Payments and Subscriptions

4.1 Payment Processing

We use Stripe to process payments. By using our Services, you agree to comply with Stripe’s Services Agreement.

4.2 Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as specified at the time of purchase.

Members are free to cancel their month-to-month subscription at any time. To cancel, members must submit a written notice of cancellation via email to . Cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle in which the cancellation request is received. Members will not be charged for the subsequent month following the effective cancellation date.

Please note:

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 2 working days before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next month.

It is the member’s responsibility to confirm receipt of the cancellation notice by the club management.

4.3 Refunds

Refund policies are specified at the time of purchase. If no refund policy is specified, all sales are final.

No refunds will be issued for the current month’s subscription once the monthly fee has been charged.

Refunds will not be provided for any previous months or partial months of membership.

If the club must close temporarily due to extraordinary circumstances beyond control (e.g., government-mandated shutdown), members will be credited the prorated amount for the closure period towards their next monthly fee, rather than a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Arena Boxing Club or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our [Privacy Policy](link to your privacy policy), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

7.1 Disclaimers

The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arena Boxing Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Site or Services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arena Boxing Club, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site or Services or your violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
