We welcome anyone in our gym who wants to learn to box as long as they are prepared to work hard, treat other club members with respect and fully commit themselves to training.
In return for your commitment, you will be trained by dedicated and experienced England Boxing accredited coaches. We have a very well appointed gym with a large and small ring. A large number of heavy bags as well as slipping balls, floor to ceiling balls and a spar bar. We also have strength and conditioning, plyometric and specialized boxing fitness equipment.

You will have the opportunity to compete all over the UK and Europe, boxing at tournaments including The Haringey Box Cup, The Golden Girls Championship as well as the prestigious England Boxings National Championships.
